Thank you for stopping by!
I am thrilled to have you here, and I’m excited to share my Love’s Promises series with you. All three stories; Outspoken Love, Gracious Love, and Courageous Love are set in Seattle in the 1910’s, when women were struggling to find their place in the world, and the suffrage movement was a hot button topic. Their relationships and struggles are similar to what we encounter even today.

Courageous Love
Love’s Promises, Book 3
Susan Wright’s dream of teaching unskilled women to sew is jeopardized when a wealthy socialite seeks revenge for her daughter’s injury, and Susan is forced to fight for her mission and for Preston, a man she never expected to love.
Dress shop owner, Susan Wright, is determined to teach unskilled women to sew to support themselves. However, Susan’s mission is threatened when wealthy socialite, Florence Taylor, seeks revenge for her daughter’s injury, and Susan is thrown in jail on false charges. She questions her calling and her faith, but attractive lawyer Preston Wells may be the one person God uses to help her find the answers she seeks.
Under the watchful eye of his demanding father, Preston Wells is working hard to become a successful lawyer. When he takes Susan Wright’s case, Mrs. Taylor threatens his family and his career, but perhaps the greatest risk to his future is the lovely Miss Wright herself. Maybe God has a different plan than the one he had thought.
As Susan and Preston work together against Mrs. Taylor, their feelings for one another grow, forcing them to face the painful pasts which hinder their future hopes. Will they find the courage to stand against the pressures of family and the intimidation of a common enemy, or risk losing their one chance for a bold, adventurous life together?
